We have formulated an efficient timeline to create great looking websites:

• You/we choose from one of over 200 base templates (5 minutes)
• Colours matched to your brand - Background/Heading/Text/Links/Menu (25 minutes)
• A custom banner image made from your graphics, can be an animation subject to graphic quality and time availalable. (2 hours allocated)
• Loading of content for upto 6 pages, or time alloacted to other requirements you may have. (2 hours allocated)
• Search engine optimisation of one phrase (30 minutes)
• 1 hours training to help you on your way with managing your own content

Price:

$540+gst setup/design fee 

$260+gst per year for web hosting (other plans available)

$29+gst per year for new domain name (web address) if required.

Design / setup includes 6 hours, additional hours at $90 per hour.

What you need to do

• Email logo, artwork and photo(s) digitally or post a CD
• Email content in word format (or similr), or start by entering it into our content management system via the free trial option
• Provide 1 keyphrase you would like to be optimised for (service/product name + suburb/town/city) eg "homestay rotorua"
• Specify a time you would like to receive your over the phone training or make a booking here
• Pay your deposit on the $540+gst setup fee (and notify us of the payment for prompt start)
• Send all info to support@websitebuilder.co.nz  

What we will do

1. Collect your information
2. Invoice you for deposit of 33% of $540+gst
3. Promptly start on your website once payment has been recieved (please notifiy us once you've paid)
4. Complete your website and training within 2 weeks of payment.
5. Invoice you for remainder 67% of $540+gst
   
6. Make your website live once payment received.
7. Invoice you for the hosting fee

Caveats

• We keep a strict watch on the clock. This is a time package, and any additional hours required over and above what is used in the timeline above will be charged at our standard hourly rates. Currently $90/hour for our designers.
• No HTML, Javascript nor CSS modifications will be completed. The project scope for our designers is to provide you with training, support and graphics services only using photoshop software. Additional services requested will be charged for or provided at the discretion of our designers.
• If you require a more complete design service, please refer to our professional design quote options which include more time and more iterations of the design process.
• Shopping cart setup is limited to the time allocated for content loading. We will do our best to get you started, but the content loading time is strictly 2 hours long.
• No warranty on search engine position for the given keyphrase. We will do our best for you.
• No refunds on the design fee.
